I drew this phrase in my sketchbook on my last day of work for a job that I quit because it was draining my mental health. It was a point in my life that I realized I had not been taking care of myself due to a deep depression and saying yes to things that didn’t feel right but that seemed like what other people were doing. That was about a little more than a year ago and I’m still here, prioritizing what feels right and letting everything fall aside. So I decided this phrase should definitely be a sticker that can serve to remind us all that we have the option to say no.

The image was created by me, though the sticker was made through my friends and Portland neighbors over at Sticker Ninja! They made the most beautiful printed vinyl stickers with rich creamy colors and wildly eye-catching holographic materials.
